01Ordering & Dhaka delivery

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are delivered the same day within Dhaka. Orders after 3:00 PM are delivered the following morning unless you select another date. Delivery is available seven days a week.

02Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal. If a stem is unavailable we substitute one of equal or greater value in the same palette, and we tell you before the delivery leaves for dispatch.

03Freshness guarantee

If your flowers fade before day five, send us a photo and we will replace the arrangement or refund it. No receipt required, no argument.

04Delivery attempts

If nobody answers, our rider waits ten minutes and calls you, not the recipient. A second attempt the same day is free; a third is charged at standard delivery.

05Cancellations

Cancel free of charge up to two hours before the delivery window opens. After that the arrangement has already been made by hand, so we charge fifty percent.

06Subscriptions

Pause, skip or cancel at any time before the cut-off of your next delivery. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, ever.

07Events

Event bookings are confirmed with a fifty percent deposit. The balance falls due seven days before the date. Deposits are transferable to a new date once, free of charge.

08Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Standard delivery fee is ৳120 for orders under ৳3,500, and free for orders of ৳3,500 or more. The price you see is the price we believe the work is worth.
