Can you deliver flowers directly to a patient's room at Evercare Hospital?

Yes. For patients admitted to private cabins, general cabins, and suites, our couriers coordinate with the reception desk or attendant to ensure prompt handover directly to the patient's room.

Are fresh flowers allowed in the ICU or CCU at Evercare Hospital?

In line with hospital medical hygiene standards, fresh flowers cannot be placed inside intensive care units. In these cases, we hand the bouquet to the patient's family attendant in the waiting lounge.

What flowers are best for a hospital get-well delivery?

We recommend low-pollen, gentle-fragrance arrangements such as blush roses, lisianthus, hydrangeas, and spray carnations. These brighten the room without overwhelming sensitive patients.

What details do I need to provide when ordering for Evercare Hospital?

Please provide the patient's full name, cabin or bed number (if known), and a phone number of the patient or their attendant. If you don't know the cabin number, we coordinate with the hospital information desk.
