01Online-only service & Dhaka coverage

Bloom is an online-only flower delivery service operating in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We currently deliver exclusively within Dhaka city.

02Checkout location selection

During checkout, customers select their specific Dhaka area or thana from our structured dropdown and provide their full delivery address (house/flat number, road, building name, and landmark).

03Delivery timing & same-day cutoff

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the following morning or on your chosen delivery date.

04Every-day delivery

Bloom delivers every day of the week, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

05Delivery fee & free delivery threshold

Orders under ৳3,500 BDT incur a standard delivery fee of ৳120 BDT. Orders of ৳3,500 BDT or more qualify for free standard delivery across Dhaka.

06Recipient arrival & contact procedure

If the recipient does not answer the door, our rider waits up to 10 minutes and contacts the sender (you) first to preserve surprises. Customers are responsible for providing complete address details and reachable contact phone numbers.
